PRIVACY POLICY

Protecting your data is important to us! This privacy policy explains how we handle data protection in our company. We only collect, store and use your personal data pursuant to the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Datenschutzgesetz (DSG). This statement also informs you about which types of data we process for which purposes, and what rights you are entitled to.

1. DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING WHEN VISITING OUR WEBSITE

When you visit our website, our web server temporarily stores each access in a log file. The following data are collected and stored until deleted automatically: IP address of the requesting computer Date and time of access, name and URL of the retrieved data, amount of data transmitted, message if the retrieval was successful, detection data of the browser and operating system used, website from which access is initiated, name of your internet service provider The processing of these data is to enable use of the website (connection establishment), system security, technical administration of the network infrastructure, and to optimize internet services. In the event of attacks on the network infrastructure of BELASSI GmbH, we will evaluate the IP addresses. With regard to the cases mentioned above, no personal data will be processed unless you, the user, expressly authorize further processing. Profiles with pseudonyms may be used.

2. ORDERS

When you order information material or other goods, we will use the address data you provide exclusively for the purpose of processing the order.

3. USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We use your personal data to process your order with us. No disclosure or transfer to third parties will be made. Personal data transfers to government agencies will only be made within the bounds of mandatory national law or where disclosure is required in law or for the purpose of law enforcement in the event of attacks on our network infrastructure.

4. CONSENT FOR FURTHER USE

The use of certain offers on our website, such as newsletters or forums, may require prior registration and further processing of personal data, such as longer-term storage of email addresses, user IDs and passwords. Such data will only be used if you have forwarded them to us and expressly consented to their use in advance. In the following cases, for example, we will ask you separately for your consent:

4.1 NEWSLETTER AND PRESS MAILING LIST

In order to register for the newsletter service of BELASSI GmbH, we need at least your email address to which the newsletter is to be sent. Further information is voluntary and will only be used on the basis of your consent, for example, in order to address you personally and to be able to clarify any queries regarding the email address. For postal delivery, we need your address details. In the case of press distributors, information about the press organization you work for is necessary so that we know that a press body is actually being supplied. In general, we use the double opt-in procedure for registration. This means that we will not send any newsletters to you until you have confirmed your registration via an email sent by us and a link contained therein. The login and confirmation will be logged. This is to ensure that only you can register yourself as a user of the specified email address in the newsletter service. Your confirmation must be sent to us promptly, otherwise your registration and email address in our database will be deleted. Until confirmed by you, our newsletter service will not accept further registrations using this email address. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. You can either send us an email or cancel it using the link at the bottom of the newsletter.

5. COOKIES

Some parts of this website use so-called cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and stored by your browser. By storing cookies, our web server can recognize your browser, your individual settings on our web pages and, if necessary, parts of the registration data in encrypted form, thus facilitating the use of our pages and enabling automatic login. 6. WEB ANALYTICS

No personal user profiles are created. However, the Telecommunications Act (TKG) allows the use of user profiles under a pseudonym for purposes of advertising, market research and the needs-based design of offers, unless the user objects to this. We also use web analytics services provided by WiredMinds on our websites, which performs web analysis for us as a processor. The services have been checked by supervisory authorities or experts and fulfill all requirements of Austrian and European data protection law. The technologies of the providers on our websites collect and store data. These data are used to create user profiles under pseudonyms for marketing and optimization purposes. Cookies can be used for this purpose. Cookies are small text files stored locally in the cache of the site visitor’s internet browser. Cookies enable recognition of the internet browser. Furthermore, your usage behavior can be measured using a JavaScript code and the data collected can be transmitted via an HTML connection directly to the provider’s server. Without your explicit consent, the data collected by the tracking technologies will not be used to personally identify you. The collected data will also not be merged with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym. Cross-site analysis is also not performed. 7. GOOGLE FONTS

8. SOCIAL PLUGINS

Some of our websites also use social plugins, for example those of the social networks Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or Google+. These are often technically operated in the USA or other countries outside Austria and the EU, and in some cases offered via national companies in the EU (see the websites www.facebook.at, www.twitter.at, www.youtube.at, www.instagram.com, www.linkedin.com or www.google.at). Our websites may contain links to websites of other providers. Please note that this privacy policy applies exclusively to the websites of BELASSI GmbH. We have no control over and do not check whether other providers are in compliance with applicable data protection law.

11. RIGHT TO INFORMATION AND CONTACT DETAILS

You have the right to access your stored personal data and also the right to correct incorrect data, block your data and erase your data. If you are registered as a user of individual services of BELASSI GmbH, we also offer you the possibility to partially view your data via a user account and to erase or change your data as necessary.
