Learn something more about Burrasca. The Reverse and Break systems.
Two of the most important features on Belassi’s new pwc are the reverse and break systems and here we are to give you a short presentation, see it as a little, new peak inside the belly of the red Austrian beast.
The Reverse System. As with every detail and feature on Burrasca, also the Reverse System was designed to create a light but stable runabout, a machine that stands the test of time. Burrasca’s reverse flap is an electro-hydraulic system, made of 3K Carbon Fiber, with forged aluminium brackets.
To turn it on, you’ll just have to push the button you’ll find under the second dashboard. You’ll be able to activate the reverse system only if you’re driving slow, less than 20 km/h. Once activated, you’ll be able to easily park your Burrasca… Even though we’re sure that leaving her will be on of the hardest things ever!
The Break System. Strongly connected to the reverse system is the break system. This is no rocket science, but the break system will help you slow down or stop your Burrasca.
Obviously, Burrasca will automatically slow down once you stop pushing the throttle. As the jet pump is always active when the engine is on, in order to completely stop Burrasca you’ll need to rely on its break system. So, this system a plus and it’ll make pulling into a parking space easier.
